We manufacture ULV Fogger, SS make. It give fine particles and used in clean room fogging. The Fogger has a capacity of 4 Litres . For Fogging with Quasil we suggest a dosing of 5%,i.e., 50 ml of Quasil addes to 950 ml of water.

The Fogger is handy, portable and a long life product. Warranty is provided on inner parts of the Pump. 
The ULV has an added feature of Timer set to it for setting the timing for the fogging of the Disinfecting Liquid. 
For Fogging inside a 1500 cu ft volume( 15*10*10 ft) space one litre solution is used. Accordingly , the timer can be set for automatic fogging for the time duration as fixed by the timer in a closed Room.

Safety Precautions:
Certain safety precautions to be taken while handling with the sprayer is as mentioned below:

1). Always keep the fogger on a raised platform, like a SS stool, etc.
2). Before fogging the sprayer has to be cleaned with IPA solution;
3). Before spraying the AHU of the room has to be switched on for a few minutes to remove the impure air prresent inside the closed room.
4). The person using the fogger should wear protective hand gloves and glasses , use of face mask is desirable.
5). A contact time of 60 mins is required for complete Disinfection inside the room. The room should remain  air locked during this time. 

Frequency of Spray fogging will depend upon the usage of the room by the persons using the room space. Normally we suggest a spray after 48 hours. But if the the usage of the Room is more then sprays have to be done with same 5% solution of Quasil(Envirofriendly) Disinfectant.
